Problem:  You get an error message that says, "Microsoft Access cannot open this file. This file is located outside your intranet or on an untrusted site.  Microsoft Access will not open the file due to potential security problems."

Solution: Right click on the file and click and choose Properties.  Now click the Unblock button at the bottom of the dialogue box.

Comments: I had this problem when I emailed myself the database.  Sometimes Microsoft gets a little too zealous.


Problem: You opened a form and there are no fields to enter information.

Solution1 : You deleted all the records and your database is completely empty of youth and adults.  Download the program again.  You won't be losing any information because your database is already empty.

Solution 2: You have asked ROYCE to use a filter that has filtered out all the records (none match your criteria). Click on the Filter by Form button on the ROYCE toolbar and click the blue X.  This will clear all filters.  Now click the Apply Filter button.  If this is the problem, your records will reappear.
